Our diverse fulfillment division, based at our Kansas City headquarters, allows us to handle many of your fulfillment and distribution needs. Keeping this integral part of the production process in-house at Richardson allows for greater quality control and ownership of each project. This translates to higher execution rates and greater cost efficiencies – increasing the ROI for our clients on all of their programs.
Inventoried Programs
Richardson has a depth of experience supporting inventoried fulfillment programs for industries including pharmaceutical, education and retail. We inventory both printed materials we produce and supplied materials our clients ship into our warehouse. From there, we manage inventory levels and process approximately 1,000 orders per day. We are licensed by the state of Missouri as a drug distributor (click here to view certificate).
Customized Kitting
Many of our retail and CPG clients require customized kit packing for their promotional and point-of-purchase programs. At Richardson, we have experienced teams who project engineer and manage these programs from packaging/materials and labor staff to quality control and distribution. We customize each and every program based on its specific needs and requirements.

Handwork
Machines can accomplish many things; however, there are some projects that just won’t fit specification and require manual labor. The team at Richardson is experienced in specialty finishing which includes handwork applications, inserting, assembly and product retagging.
